Our estimate for the Initial Cleaning is based on the average home the size of yours, which can and does vary depending on the condition of the home.

If there is excessive clutter or build up in your home then your Initial Cleaning may take longer than the maximum estimated time. If this is the case the additional time will be charged at an hourly rate of 48.00 an hour, per cleaner. We will contact you to get your permission to complete the job. If we cannot reach you, the cleaners will leave when the maximum amount of estimated hours is reached. Feel free to let us know if there are certain rooms you would like the cleaners to complete first.

To prevent cross contamination, the client must furnish a toilet brush. If there is not a toilet brush available in the bathroom, the cleaner will furnish a new one, leave it in the bathroom for future use and a 10.00 charge will be added to the cleaning.

Rate for recurring General Cleanings will only apply after the Initial Cleaning. If it has been more than 30 days between cleanings, an Initial Cleaning will be required before going back to the flat rate recurring service.

Please note that all pricing quoted is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, if you have not booked your services, please contact us so that we may review and revise pricing as needed.
